Weigh-in #4: This Must Change

If you don’t know what “This Must Change” is all about yet, the details are here.  Bad news, though… week #3, last week, and this week, week #4, I didn’t lose ANY weight.  I’m pretty bummed about it, but I’m more determined now than ever to keep losing pounds.  I’ve lost 6 so far and have been holding steady.

I won’t be able to weigh-in next week as I’ll be traveling with the Destiny staff for our district conference.  That means I’ll weigh in again in two weeks and we’ll see where I’m at.  See you then and thanks for your continued support in this!
